Shipping costs
Free shipping on all US orders.

When will my order arrive?
Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Delivery within the US: 4–8 business days after dispatch (Monday to Saturday).

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear online. Please enter an accurate email address at checkout.

My delivery time has passed — where is my order?
Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, but delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us with your order number.

I'm missing part of my order
Some orders ship in multiple packages. If something is missing, the rest is usually on its way and arrives within 1–3 business days.

My package arrived damaged
1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
2. Contact us  with the photos and your order number.
3. Please don't return the item before contacting us — we'll find the best solution for you.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us . Once your order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Changes to address or phone number
Please contact us immediately, before your order ships. Once an order has been processed, shipping details can no longer be changed.
